2. Products & Orders
Discount LED offers a wide range of LED lighting fixtures and signs including interior home and office lighting, outdoor commercial lighting, LED chandeliers, warehouse lighting, and custom LED signage. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are subject to change without prior notice.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Custom LED signs and special-order items may require a non-refundable deposit. Custom orders are final once production has commenced.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Discount LED ships nationwide across the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order is “In Process,” address changes may not be possible.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our full return and refund policy is available at discountled.us/refund_returns. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Custom and special-order items are non-refundable once production has started.
6. Warranty
Products are backed by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product. Please note: using a non-dimmable LED bulb with a dimmer switch will cause the bulb to fail and will void the warranty.
