By accessing discountled.us and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and
Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity
to enter into a contract. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of
any updates or modifications to these Terms.
Discount LED offers LED lighting fixtures and signs across multiple categories.
Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Order confirmations
acknowledge receipt but do not constitute final acceptance — we reserve the right
to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Custom signs require non-refundable
deposits and become final once production begins.
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and AfterPay. Sales tax
is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
We ship nationwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Address
changes after an order has been placed may not be possible once the order is
“In Process.”
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Custom orders become non-refundable once production has started. Full details are
available on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
Products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by item. Using a non-dimmable LED
bulb with a dimmer switch will cause the bulb to fail and will void the warranty.
All website content is the exclusive property of Discount LED and is protected by
copyright and trademark law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Discount LED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability
for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to
that claim.
By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive customer care messages. Message
frequency may vary — on average, you may receive 1–2 messages per month. Your data
will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can opt out at any
time by texting STOP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes fall under the
exclusive jurisdiction of Dallas County courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective
immediately upon posting.
