Customers may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date if unsatisfied
with a product.
Many products include manufacturer warranties. For items without a factory warranty,
Discount LED offers a 30-day supplemental warranty covering replacement with
prepaid shipping provided by us.
Customers must report shipping damage within one week from the date of receipt.
We file carrier claims on the customer’s behalf.
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method and typically
process within five to seven business days.
If we ship the wrong item, replacement products ship free with a prepaid return
label provided.
